P. Nathaniel Boe, Esq., President & CEO

P. Nathaniel Boe, Esq. with over 35 years of professional experience is the Founder, President & CEO of MidPoint Group of Companies, Inc. Prior to starting MidPoint in 2013, Mr. Boe served as the Chief Development Officer, consultant and day-to-day manager of the Pittsburgh Housing Authority’s (“HACP”) Development & Modernization Department and its development instrumentality, ARMDC, during a period of eight-(8) years ending on May 31, 2017.

Mr. Boe is a highly experienced and respected attorney in the real estate development and Federal regulatory environment. Prior to the engagement at HACP, Mr. Boe was an  Assistant Corporation Counsel for Contracts and Commercial in the City of Chicago Law Department, then at the Chicago Housing Authority as Chief Attorney for Contracts, provided consulting services nationwide to the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration thus allowing the agency to spend $1 Billion of HUD funds; Detroit Housing Commission, Indianapolis Housing Authority and the Virgin Island Housing Authority. Mr. Boe has managed/participated in transactions in excess of $4 Billion inclusive of $1.3 billion real estate development portfolio at HACP.

MidPoint’s $70 million signature project, City’s Edge, is under construction, and has developed a Win/Win/Win business model. Our projects must be a win for the residents/community, win for stakeholders and win for the City where we operate.

Chad Cox, Vice President for Construction/Senior Project Manager

Mr. Cox is Vice President for Construction/Senior Project Manager for MidPoint, and will take a lead role related to managing the design, entitlements for the development of mixed-use projects and will be responsible for daily field operations to ensure that the project is developed on time and within budget. Mr. Cox, an engineer, and has over 20-years of construction and project management experience.

P. Nathaniel Boe, Jr., Project Manager/Research Analyst

Mr. Boe, Jr. will provide research and project management services. Mr. Boe, Jr. has performed research services for MidPoint for the past 5-years and has a very strong background in preparation of presentations.

Additionally, Nate Jr. will assist in the management of construction projects by preparing daily construction reports and provide compliance services by using MidPoint’s Checklists to review monthly Payment Requests (“PR”) during construction to ensure that all required documents are accounted for before MidPoint approves monthly draws to make the project(s) audit proof.

Terri L. Lee, President & CEO, Terri Lee Enterprises - WBE Partner

Ms. Terri L. Lee is President & CEO of Terri Lee Enterprises, LLC (formerly Terri Lee Consulting) since 2011. Terri Lee Enterprises is certified as an MBE/WBE/DBE firm providing consulting services. Ms. Lee has over 15-years of experience in the affordable housing industry and was a Senior Project Manager at HACP prior to starting TLE. Ms. Lee will be responsible for working with the MidPoint team to achieve regulatory compliance including Davis-Bacon, MBE/WBE goals and Section 3 compliance. TLE will spearhead engagement community and City stakeholders to meet/exceed the MBE/WBE participation goals. TLE is MidPoint’s WBE partner. In addition, TLE will prepare daily construction reports to document the daily progress of construction projects.
